DC vs KKR
DC vs KKR, IPL 2025: Delhi Capitals will host yet again as they face the reigning champions, Kolkata Knight Riders in Match 48 of the Indian Premier League 2025 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on Tuesday.
This will be their first encounter in the ongoing season, and both teams will be eager to get back on the winning path in tomorrow’s encounter.
DC are returning after a six-wickets home defeat to the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, in which Krunal Pandya starred with the bat, scoring 73 runs from 47 balls and also picking up one wicket along the way as well to lead the Bengaluru-based franchise to win.
In the meantime, KKR could not achieve a home victory over Punjab Kings as the match was washed out because of rain. In their previous match, they had also lost to the Gujarat Titans by 39 runs. As a matter of fact, it has been 17 days since they last won, so it is all the more important for the title-holders to earn some points in order to keep their hopes alive in the playoffs.
DC vs KKR: Arun Jaitley Stadium Pitch Report
At times we do get to witness a high-scoring ground at the Arun Jaitley Stadium but in the last game between DC vs RCB, it was a reasonably dry wicket that was rolled out and it saw the introduction of spinners in the match. If last game is anything to judge by, then we can hope for the same kind of encounter in the next match in Delhi.

DC vs KKR: Players To Watch Out For:
Vaibhav Arora
The pacer has been a shining light in the KKR’s bowling unit, which has been struggling. From initially being earmarked as an out-and-out new ball bowler, he has now shown the skill to bowl well in all three phases of the innings, and also being a wicket-taker as well. KKR will bank on him to deliver once again and stand a chance against a dominant DC.
Ajinkya Rahane
The KKR skipper has been their highest run-scorer for the season, and the franchise will hope that he can get a big score on the board to keep themselves in the hunt for the playoffs. Coming in at 3, he holds a crucial position which can be key in KKR’s fortunes in tomorrow’s fixture.
KL Rahul
Coming in at 4, Rahul has been in his best form in recent years. But in recent games, he has taken a slight dip. So it is expected that someone of his class will be back amongst the runs and KKR’s struggling bowling unit could be the perfect recipe for the star batter to get a big score on the boar
